Book a Wigwam®

To book your Wigwam, simply complete the website enquiry boxes on the home page with all your requirements, and we will respond by return.  Your enquiry is not a booking.

You will receive an email with confirmation of availability and a complete costing, together with details of how you can pay for your Wigwam stay via Paypal.  You don't need to have a Paypal account to use this link - simply follow the online instructions and pay as a guest.  Payment must be made in full on receipt of our email.

We offer discounts for stays of three nights or more, and can accommodate single night stays at any point in the week or weekend.

Check in is between 17:00 and 18:00.  Check out is by 09:30 .  We are unable to offer check ins/outs outside of these times due to the time required for deep cleaning cabins.

If you would like to use the dog paddock during your stay, please ask about this on your booking notes.

Children must be accompanied by adults in the Wigwams.

Please note that this is a VERY quiet site, and that we have a Noise Curfew between 22:00 and 07:00 on site.  The only 'night owls' we want to hear between these times are the tawny and barn variety who share the site.

BBQ’s and Firepits will not be permitted on site at this time

Communal facilities will be closed at this time i.e. laundry, games tent

Guests may prefer to bring all their own equipment for self-catering rather than hire from us.  We have a range of things for hire – bedding, towels, crockery boxes – all of which will be sanitised before and after use.  Pillows will be single use.

We’ll provide household cleaning materials in the cabin as usual and ask that guests maintain good hygiene in the accommodation at all times, and air the cabin regularly.

Refuse bags will be provided as usual and we ask all guests to remove these to the central bin area regularly.  If linens have been hired from us, please bag and tie and leave on cabin deck on departure.  Crock boxes should be repacked and lidded and left on cabin deck also.

Maintenance will be kept to a minimum when guests are on site, but emergency assistance will still be provided by phone at all times.  Cabins will be cleaned between stays as required by staff using commercial equipment and appropriate PPE.

There is a designated parking area on site. Vehicles may stop to load/unload on the road outside the Wigwam and then must move to the parking area.

Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwams or in any communal areas.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead around the site. Dogs are always the owner’s responsibility and must not be left unattended in the Wigwam. Please note that a valid vaccination certificate must accompany your pet and they must be kept under good control and supervised at all times. Disposal bags and bins are provided for pet waste.

We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act in any of our accommodation.
